I honestly didn't expect the place and the service to be this comfortable. All of the staff were genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. The place is clean and smells really nice — I especially love that they have a VIP room, it feels more private and relaxing.

They listen to all your needs and explain every treatment in full detail. The service here is amazing as well — if you are a foreigner, there will be translators explaining everything for you. The clinic is also very clean, comfortable and pretty.

Very personalized service. Had a very good translator who sat with us throughout the evaluation of our AI-scanned faces. Each problem was addressed with options for us to choose from, and we never felt pressured into anything. Despite the clinic being very busy, we were led into a VIP room where our 2 kids could watch cartoons without disturbing others.

What really makes this clinic different is the level of privacy — each client has their own separate room. You're looked after by a dedicated staff member and a doctor throughout your visit, and communication is easy since everyone speaks excellent English.

The AI skin analysis gave a clear and detailed picture of my skin, and afterwards the doctor explained everything thoroughly. I originally came in for one thing, but the doctor honestly advised me that it wasn't the right option for me. I really appreciated that level of honesty and care, and the translator made it easy to express all my concerns.
